Who is affected?
49 CFR Part 192 & 195 regulations apply to existing facilities, existing facilities that undergo modification, and new facilities. Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) not modified, replaced, or installed new are not affected, nor are Liquefied natural gas (LNG) facilities: no relevant changes were made to 49 CFR Part 193.
